this is sick! what software do you use to animate?

I use clip studio paint, but to get those pixelest in high resolution what I do is to animate everything in a 480 x 270 canvas.
Then I export it as a gif in LOSPEC at 1080p and then I put it in a video editor where I add the audio that I had previously made in CSP.
